Buffet breakfast in Premier Hotel -CABIN PRESIDENT- Osaka

Facade/entrance in Premier Hotel -CABIN PRESIDENT- Osaka
It is a hotel not a cabin. This is a very compact hotel room but there is at least a small place to hang your clothes and room to open the suitcase. It is half the size of an American hotel room but there are smaller than this in Japan (and bigger if you want to pay more). If you like breakfast the hotel buffet, or bakery are the best options. The location is perfect for Tenjin Matsuri. The hotel is a sponsor. The shrine is a couple of blocks away and we could see the parades from our room (it was much better to watch on the street. After the fireworks at the river it was not a bad walk back to the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street and 100s of stores and places to eat on the Tenjinbashisuji a block away. Tip: The closest exit from the train station is right at the hotel. However, it doesn't have an escalator. Use one that does if you have luggage.

The hotel was fantastic, excellent rooms, good size and comfortable. The rooms can be cleaned daily if you request it and plenty of amenities in the rooms and at the hotel reception including skincare. The hotel breakfast however is not the best. We saw reviews saying it was exceptional, however being from Australia, there wasn’t much in the way of quality bacon, the scrambled egg was powdered and lots of other options for breakfast more leaning towards Japanese style food. It is also expensive at 2700¥. The bakery next door to the hotel is a much better option for breakfast, a lot more affordable, barista coffee, plenty of options food wise and great service. Overall we loved our stay and would come again!

Great location and clean hotel room. Near to subway station and AEON is just opposite. 7-11 nearby and it’s a nice area to venture out too! Have a long walking street with plenty of eateries and bar and shops.. Good selection of breakfast spreads, Hotel staff are friendly especially staff working in breakfast cafe, they are attentive and friendly. Daily housekeeping offers by hotel but should you declined, a bag of amenities consisting of bottle water and towels will be placed outside your room door. A wide selections of other personal care items placed in lobby should you need them.

We booked the premiere room with access to the premier lounge, from 5 - 9pm. Our room faced the street, you can hear the traffic noise at night, quite a few sirens and loud motorbikes. There are rooms on the same floor (13th) which do not face the street. The breakfast is very good, mix of western and Japanese food with so much variety to choose from. Staff are very helpful and polite. The location is perfect, right on metro and train station. It was very easy to get there from Kansai airport, only one change from airport express to metro.

Ian

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location is superb, with grocery stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Multiple subway stations are conveniently located only a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to get around. Housekeeping provided an impressive level of service, leaving fresh towels and supplies outside our door whenever we opted out of cleaning, a thoughtful and unique touch that I experienced for the first time.
